Three Bean Salad

During the summer I love nothing more than having cool, tasty salads for dinner.  

I especially love when the salad is so easy to assemble, like the Three Bean Salad.

1 - 15oz can of Garbanzo beans, drained

1 - 15 oz can of Cut Green Beans, drained

1 - 15 oz can of Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained

1 Small Red Onion, cut into 1/4" pieces

Add all of the beans into a large bowl.

Dressing:

 1/4 c Sugar

1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt

Freshly Cracked Ground pepper

In a smaller bowl add all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.

Pour the dressing over the beans and toss until the beans are coated well.

This salad is best when it has had some time to sit in the dressing in the fridge.

Here's a hint:

When you peel the red onion and cut into the onion and it's a bit strong place it in a bowl of cold ice water for a few minutes.  Let the onion dry out on a paper towel for a few minutes and the strong smell and taste should be minimal or disappear.

Team Spirit - Girl

The boys aren't the only ones with team spirit!

We've also created a girls version of Team Spirit!

This version is a little softer than the boys with and initial and a heart close to the bottom of the onesie, but if you like the look of the number on the boys onesie we can change that to personalize the piece for you.

Team Spirit for the girls has also been created with four specific colors, but if you have another color in mind let us create it for you.
